VNL 2023 men's matches will take place in Canada, Japan, the Netherlands, France, the United States and the Philippines.
The 2023 VNL final for women's volleyball will take place in Arlington Texas, United States. As for men's volleyball, the final will be held in Gdansk, Poland.
The men's VNL will be contested by 16 teams, divided into four pools of four teams each. The teams will play each other in a single round-robin format. The top four teams from each pool will advance to the final round, which will be held in Ankara, Turkey.
The women's VNL will be contested by 16 teams, divided into five pools of four teams each.
The teams will play each other in a single round-robin format. The top five teams from each pool will advance to the final round, which will be held in Arlington, Texas, United States.
